Awoo terms and conditions.

These terms govern access to and use of Awoo Technologies applications, sites and services in Mexico.

Use of Awoo and accounts

By creating an account or using Awoo you accept these terms. You must register real information and you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account. Awoo may request identity verification.

Users, restaurants and Mystery Boxes

Awoo provides a platform to discover Mystery Boxes, reserve, pay and pick up at local businesses. Awoo does not cook or hand over the box: the restaurant packs and delivers the order. Services are for personal use.

Memberships, credits and payments

Awoo Club and credits are purchased on Awoo Eats. Charges are processed by a payment provider. Awoo does not store the full card number. An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

Cancellations, refunds and pickup window

Cancellations and refunds depend on order status, the pickup window and operation evidence. If the window already ended and the order was not picked up, it expires and is no longer delivered; the charged sale stands.

Liability, property and applicable law

Services are offered as available. The business is responsible for preparing and delivering suitable food. Awoo and its licensors keep rights not expressly granted. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Contact: hola@awoo.mx.

Controller

Awoo Technologies operates awoo.mx and eats.awoo.mx in Mexico. ARCO rights and legal inquiries go to hola@awoo.mx. We do not publish an RFC or tax address because there is no confirmed SAT registration in the product.
