Awoo privacy notice.
When you use Awoo you trust us with personal data. This notice describes what data we process, why, who it is shared with and how you exercise your rights in Mexico.
What information we collect
We collect data you provide (name, email, phone, profile), usage data (orders, payments, pickups, favorites, support) and technical data (device, IP, security logs). The city you choose is used to show local inventory. We do not ask for the full card number.
What we use it for
We use it to create and protect your account, operate Mystery Boxes and Awoo Club, process payments, coordinate pickups, handle support, prevent fraud and comply with the law. We may also send you operational notices about an order or membership.
Storage and third parties
Data is processed with infrastructure, authentication, maps, payments, email, notifications, verification and support providers, and when an authority requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies, analytics and payments
The web uses storage needed for session and security. Optional product metrics turn on only if you allow them. Charges are processed by the payment provider; Awoo does not store the full card number. Cookie details are at /legal/cookies.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction, cancellation or objection (ARCO rights) and withdraw optional consents. Write to hola@awoo.mx with the subject “ARCO rights”. We keep data for the relationship and for support, disputes, fraud and legal periods.
Controller
Awoo Technologies operates awoo.mx and eats.awoo.mx in Mexico. ARCO rights and legal inquiries go to hola@awoo.mx. We do not publish an RFC or tax address because there is no confirmed SAT registration in the product.
